Account Executive

Position: Account Executive
Job Description:
• Performs daily Account Payable function to ensure transaction are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner, handle General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation
• Preparing year end and month end Financial Management Reports
• Preparing monthly and yearly Budgets and Forecasts
• Supervision of the company’s compliance with Accounting, Taxation and other Regulatory requirements
• Reviewing reports for month end closing
• Preforming variance analysis and resolving any discrepancies
• Reviewing quarterly and ad hoc GST submissions
• Prepare group consolidate accounts
Job Requirments:
• Higher Diploma in Finance and Accounting or CAT holder
• GST experience
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Team player
